Oppo A2 is coming out with a fast processor, a 50-megapixel main quality camera, and lots of storage, up to 512 gigabytes
Oppo has introduced its latest A-series handset, the Oppo A2, in China. The handset was revealed barely two weeks after the Oppo A2X and shares the majority of its main characteristics with the Oppo A79, which was released in India last week.
The Oppo A2 features a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The front-facing camera has been increased to 8MP, while the rear camera has been upgraded to 50MP with an 8MP ultrawide lens. The Oppo A2 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 CPU, as well as 12GB RAM and 256/512GB storage
The Oppo A2 is available in black, green, and purple, with prices starting at CNY 1,699 ($232) for the 12/256GB storage. The 12/512GB model costs CNY 1,799 ($246). On November 6, open sales will begin in China.
